We help families and individuals in need, especially the elderly, veterans and people with disabilities, stay in their own homes and remain independent. We currently serve Southeastern Michigan communities and Fayette County Kentucky, to keep homes safe, healthy and affordable.
For the protection of both our volunteers and residents, St. Joseph’s Helpers is insured, and all of our volunteers undergo a thorough background check.
St. Joseph’s Helpers is an organization, founded on Christian values, made up of men and women who volunteer their time and talents to help those in need to feel safe and secure in their homes.
Prior to joining St. Joseph’s Helpers as Executive Director, Rayna lived in a small town outside of Chicago, and served in a variety of positions in the senior care field, including Social Service Director and an Assistant Executive Director.
Rayna appreciates the opportunity to be part of the larger community that St. Joseph’s Helpers encompasses and working with both the clients being served and the volunteers serving them.
“If you focus on the good, the good becomes better.”
